Brewery and Taproom Unified

Lose the chaos, take control.

Summon your crew. Reclaim your tavern. Tapwright brings tips, cash, inventory, events and staff sign-in for breweries and taprooms into one connected suite, so the night ends with the math adding up.

The Tapwright, a bearded tavern keeper, surrounded by his crew of specialists

Chapter I · The keeper

Every tavern needs a keeper.

On a busy night the bookings, the stock and the closing books all call the keeper's name at once. Tapwright gives each job to a specialist, signs everyone in with one personal PIN, and passes the work between them so nobody keeps the tavern alone.

The keeper's rule

One sign-in. A connected operation.

  1. Brew, replenish, pour

Production posts packaged beer to Inventory Imp. Imp turns counts and pars into deliveries, and feeds one live tap list to your screens and your website.

  2. Settle the shift

Tip Wizard sends tip cash to Cash Count. Cash Count reconciles the safe against your daily POS report and hands you bank figures that match the books.

  3. Book, approve, coordinate

Booking requests from your website reach a manager for approval, land on the location's calendar, and the crew hears the plan in Walkie Talkie.

The campaign map

Know what lands when.

  1. Live now

A brewery website already draws its live tap lists from Inventory Imp.

  2. January 1, 2027

The Host, Tip Wizard, Cash Count and Inventory Imp go live across our first customer's four taprooms after a November and December pilot.

  3. Q1 2027

Draftlist Demon, Events and web booking, Walkie Talkie, brewery production, distributor and vendor ordering.

  4. 2027 onward

Pilot breweries, more POS connections (Toast, Square, Clover), payroll exports and TTB reporting.
